Written about brown eyes

So let me write them

All for you tonight

Let me paint you a picture

With my words

Let my fingerprints be brush strokes

On your skin tonight

Let’s sit on the footpath and sip on chai

In the rain

Let us dip our toes in puddles

And not worry about our dirty laundry tonight

Let’s tie a tree swing

Out of this tightrope tonight

Let’s leave this city

And go visit the stars for a while

Let me take you on a spacewalk tonight
